Biography
Daniel was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and has a strong commitment to providing aggressive and effective representation to the people in his community. As a graduate of St. Mary's High School (2000), Arizona State University (2004), and ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law (2007) his and his family's roots run deep in Arizona.
Daniel practices in Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury matters related to auto and motorcycle accidents. Prior to becoming licensed to practice law in Arizona, Daniel worked as a bailiff and judicial assistant in Family Court of the Maricopa County Superior Court. As a result of this experience, the foundation of Daniel's practice focuses in the area of divorces, child custody, parenting time, child support, and establishing paternity rights. Daniel also defends client's in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases with a concentration in DUI charges. Finally, his experience in dealing with automobile insurance companies in the context of motor vehicle accidents on behalf of his client's has resulted in a strong reputation for making sure his client quickly recover physically and collect what they deserve for their injuries. His skills as a bilingual litigator allows him to serve clients who speak English or Spanish.
