Considering the young ages of the vehicle’s occupants, it creates a reminder to parents to encourage their teenage drivers to use responsibility and vigilance when operating a vehicle.

They can clearly outline their expectations for their teenagers including the number of passengers they will allow, the consequences of distraction and how they will handle traffic offenses.
